Extremely poor customer service besides buying I net to keep my pond clean I also bought a light along with a transformer. I received a transformer but after three inquiries as to the status of the light I have yet to receive a response. Total and complete incompetence in regards to customer service and unless I get the light or for that matter regardless I will never buy from you of people again and I’ll make it known on other reviews.
